POINTS TO CHECK

►Installation location is determined by wind loads. Check with the local building and safety department for specific requirements. Check whether the roof structure can support the solar module array.
► If possible, install the solar modules facing south. It is also possible to install them facing east and west, although the amount of electricity generated will be lower.



INSTALLATION STEPS

Step 1: Assemble the three aluminium angles into a triangular set using M8 hexagon socket head bolts.
Step 2: The triangular set is fixed to the base (usually concrete) by means of M8 Allen bolts.
Step 3: The rails are mounted on top of the lined triangular set by means of fastening brackets. The rails can be extended by means of connecting fittings.
Step 4: The solar modules are placed on the rails, the sides are secured by the side fittings and the modules are secured between the two modules by pressing the inner fittings.

CAUTIONS REGARDING INSTALLATION

►Stop work during stormy weather. Solar modules can be caught in the wind, causing you to fall.
►Never step or sit on the glass surface of a solar module. The glass may break, resulting in shock or bodily injury. The module may also stop generating power.
►Always use the supplied parts to attach the solar modules and mounts. Use of weaker parts, such as screws that are too short, is dangerous and may cause the solar modules or mounts to fall.
►Always use the specified tools. The solar modules or mounts may fall if the installation is not strong enough, for example when parts are not tightened sufficiently.
►Do not modify or cut parts. Doing so is dangerous. Safety cannot be guaranteed.
►Product should be installed and maintained by qualified personnel. Keep unauthorized personnel away from solar modules

INSTALLATION STEPS

Step 1: The standard and dimensions of the panel determine the location of the hooks. The dimensions of the hooks are as follows:

a. The quantity of panels in one horizontal row is n. The W of the panel is D1 and the H is temporarily D2.

b.The distance between the centre points of the hooks in both front and rear rows L = 60%D1

c.Distance of the centre point from the first hook in the horizontal row to the last hook L1=n*D2+(n-1)*17mm

d.The position of the hooks on the inner side of the horizontal row is determined by the actual installation situation and the length of the rail. We suggest dividing the installation into equal sections. L2 = L1/2 as in the example shown in the diagram above.

e.Note: Distance between centre points of adjacent hooks L2<1200 mm.

Step 2: Take up the tiles on the beam.

Step 3: Fix the hooks to the top of the beam with wood screws.

Step 4: After the hooks have been installed, place the tiles back in their original position.

Step 5: Sequentially attach the rails to the hooks.

Step 6: Place the solar module on the rails, the sides are secured by the side fittings and the inner fittings are pressed between the two modules to secure the module.
